The minimum stay is one month. Stays of one to six months are offered; longer stays can be discussed individually, subject to suitable contract arrangements.
Do I need to arrange utilities?
No. Building charges, water, heating, hot water, electricity and internet are included in the monthly price.
Are cleaning and laundry provided during my stay?
No regular cleaning or laundry service is included. A washing machine, bed linen and towels are available for your own use. Final cleaning costs €250 once per stay.
Is parking available?
A garage space can be discussed on request and is not included in the rent. It is currently let separately; availability cannot be guaranteed.
What should I know before moving in?
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. It has an internal staircase and no air conditioning or fans. Keys are handed over personally by appointment. Streaming apps require your own accounts.
